About me......
From a very young age I wanted to dance. I was lucky enough to get a scholarship and my formal training began at 11. At 16 I was offered a place for further, professional training at the Rambert School. I danced until I was 20 when a back injury forced me to look at an alternative career path. Being so body-focussed through my dancing years, it seemed logical to train in Massage Therapy. Along the way and in between I worked and travelled and learned to Scuba dive before settling down and having my first child in London. As a family of three we moved to Cornwall in 2007 and it was here that I discovered Craniosacral Therapy (CST) as a way of treating the legacy of my dance injuries and supporting my general wellbeing. Two more children came along and I had treatment during and after my pregnancies. My children have all had CST since birth and continue to have treatment as they grow.

I began training in Craniosacral Therapy while my youngest child was still very small. I wanted to learn with the Upledger Institute since it was John Upledger who developed Craniosacral Therapy. Having experienced the transformative nature of Somato-Emotional release I felt strongly that this needed to be an intrinsic part of what I offered as a therapist. The training is full and rich and the examination process is rigorous with essays, practical and written exams.

I really enjoy learning and and continue to study.
